Tom is an Irish cook, based in Dublin. He started his career at The River Cafe, London after attending Ballymaloe Cookery School. Tom has since spent time working in Copenhagen and is currently cooking at Allta , newly opened in Dublin.

Tom is inspired by ingredient lead cooking, with seasonal produce & farming at the heart of his ideas.

In addition, Tom has collaborated on events with clients in the fashion, music & tech industry.
